JP Dubowski is a Morgantown, West Virginia–based entrepreneur with an extensive background in the landscaping and property maintenance industry. Having grown up surrounded by professionals across multiple trades, his knowledge and practical expertise developed at an early age. Beginning independent work in the field at just 11 years old, he has accumulated over five years of hands-on experience operating and managing projects on his own. After refining his skills and approach, he founded 4 Landscaping and Property Maintenance. Over the past two years, he has built a dedicated team that shares his commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Known for a heightened attention to detail, JP and his team are equipped to transform a wide range of outdoor spaces—from overgrown pastures to custom patios—into functional, attractive environments tailored to each client’s vision.
